Indian National cricket team played brilliantly against West Indies in the Test series. After winning the first Test by an innings and 272 runs, Men in Blue continued their good run by winning the next match by ten wickets.

Former Indian captain Sourav Ganguly selected a young player who according to him will be a massive game changer for India in the coming years.

In the Test series against West Indies, two players who impressed everybody with their fearless approach were Prithvi Shaw and Rishabh Pant.

Rishabh Pant had scored his debut ton against England earlier this year and Prithvi Shaw smashed a century on debut during the opening Test against West Indies at the Saurashtra Cricket Association Stadium, Rajkot.

Prithvi Shaw was declared as Man of the Series as he amassed 237 runs in the series with a brilliant average of 118.5.

Sourav Ganguly on his Official Twitter account tweeted that the Rishabh Pant will become one of India's massive game changers. His tweet read as: "Rishabh pant is so freshing at the crease .. just natural .. will be a massive game changer in this side in all formats .. rare talent,".

Rishabh Pant had scored a fighting 134-run knock during the fifth and the final Test against England earlier this year followed it with a 92-run knock in the first Test against West Indies.

Unfortunately, in the 2nd Test, he was dismissed for the same score.

Rishabh Pant was involved in a crucial 152-run stand for the fifth wicket with Ajinkya Rahane in the first innings of the 2nd Test which put India back in the good position.

After the two-match Test series, India will now take on West Indies in a four-match ODI series beginning from October 21. The first match will be played in Guwahati. The second match will be in Vishakhapatnam. The third match will be in Pune and the fourth match will be in Mumbai.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) had earlier announced the squad for the first two ODIs where Rishabh Pant received his ODI call-up.
