Should the Decision Review System rename as Dhoni Review System?


<b><br><br>MS Dhoni’s clean judgment on a Decision Review System has led to the system being renamed as Dhoni Review System by his fans.<br><br>

<br><br>During 2018 Asia Cup, India’s Clash against Pakistan, an incident occurred when Yuzvendra Chahal struck the pads of Pakistani opener Imam-ul-Haq on the last ball of his first over. <br><br>

<br><br>The Pakistan opener went for a sweep shot but he failed to connect and was struck in front of the stumps.<br><br>

<br><br>On this, when India’s captain Rohit Sharma who was leading the team in absence of Virat Kohli asked <a href="https://www.cricadium.com/ms-dhoni-biography-know-captain-cool/" >MS Dhoni</a> if the review should be taken or not, the former Indian captain gave a nod. <br><br>

<br><br>The umpire’s decision seemed to be a good as the batsman had taken a huge stride forward and his bat was very close to the pad.<br><br>

<br><br>When the third umpire went through the process, the three reds showed up on the replay and India got their first breakthrough. <br><br>

<br><br>For the match, the on-air commentators were Sunil Gavaskar and Laxman Sivaramakrishnan who acknowledged Dhoni's talent.<br><br>

<br><br>On this, Sunil Gavaskar while commentating on <a href="https://www.cricadium.com/tag/india-vs-pakistan/" >India vs Pakistan</a> match said, "What a genius that man is -- MSD. He is incredible. He was the one who encouraged skipper Rohit Sharma to go for the review and see what it is. Absolutely spot on!" <br><br>

<br><br>After the review, Fans on Twitter honored Decision Review System to be renamed as Dhoni Review System. On social media, there were lots of people started praising the former Indian captain for his decision.<br><br>

<br><br>There were many tweets that praised incredible MS Dhoni and said he has no replacement. People on twitter tweeted considering him as best wicketkeeper-batsman, best captain, best finisher, an unpredictable decision maker, cool and compose player, a good human being and now DRS (Dhoni Review System). <br><br>
